Anyways, I went to the Carnival today! I wasn't there for too long, just like 2hours. I walked up with my friend, Shannon, because we were going to see our friend Kyle's band play up there. Well we did, but while listening to them, I was named a Teleporter. Apparently, I kept leaving everyone and they didn't know (which I totally admit in doing because I found more people I haven't seen in FOREVER so I had to go and talk to them or at least say hi). Alex, my best friend's boyfriend, kept yelling at me for leaving every 5mins and showing up in a different place. I, personally, thought it was hilarious. So after mingling around with other long lost friends, Shannon and I went home.
Before that, I was SO bored. When I got up (11:30, a habit I need to break) I went downstairs and watched Soul Surfer again before it had to be returned to the movie store. Just one thing: NEW. MOVIE. OBSESSION. Oh my gosh. Soul Surfer is such an AMAZING movie! It is very sad, but it's cute and really REALLY inspiring. I love Bethany Hamilton. Even before this movie, she has always been one of my biggest role models. This movie just made her even more so. She's such a brave person. I wish I was brave like her. I completely recommend this movie, along with a box of Kleenex's.
After the movie, I shit you not, SAT for 2 hours until my mom came home because when she did we had dinner then I left. I literally just SAT. That's how bored I was. I didn't even grab a book or text anyone. I don't know why.
When I came back from the carnival, my mum and I watched Evita. Great movie as well. Confusing absolutely, but very good. I love Andrew Lloyd Webber musicals. They're spectacular. I'm actually still listening to Don't Cry For Me, Argentina. I LOVE that song :)
Go and rent those movies. You won't regret it. Until next time!
